My daughter came into the salon to get a trim. She asked for her split ends to be trimmed no more than an inch and a half. The lady cut off 6 inches just below her shoulders. I called to complain and had rude responses and they refused to give her back her money. We should not have to pay for this butcher job. It isn't even styled, just chopped off. We have some of her hair to prove how much she cut off. When I asked them what they were going to do to help, one stylist threatened that they could cut off more hair. No body has the right to take it upon themselves to cut off someone's hair short. It will take over a year to get her hair anywhere near her original length. This should not happen to anyone else's child.
Cons: They don't folllow instructions and they are rude.
