When we entered under the large arch the spelled out ""ROCKHAVEN"" and passed through the security gate, I knew we had found a special place. We drove up the long gravel drive and passed a beautiful pond with a tall arching fountain and it was obvious that this place was kept in immaculate condition. The grounds were manicured and flower beds bursting with color. Our accommodation the first time we stayed was the Magnolia Cottage...such a little doll house all dressed up in Country Victorian decor and so welcoming. We slept like babies, the bed was so comfortable and there was even stars on the ceiling that we couldn't see until all the lights were out, what a neat touch! We have come back every year and stay in Uncle Pete's Cabin in the winter so we can enjoy the fireplace. Both the cottage and cabin have their own very special touches, so comfortable and private. The owners, Rhonda & Nate are so gracious and warm. We love this place and look forward to our visits every year.
