Review content:
This restaurant chain has been my favorite place for the best steak, the Marshal Dillion, for many years. But, this particular location has never lived up to the Texas Steakhouse reputation. Every single time my husband & I have ate there (several times over a year), we've had some kind of problem. Steaks way overcooked (ordered medium rare, got well done), side items completely wrong or missing, food cleared from table while still eating it (this happened the last time we were there earlier this week!), extra charges for stuff not explained at the time of ordering (their ""loaded potato"" side dish is an extra charge, but it's not stated as such in the menu or told when you ordered), rude waiters, sticky tables, drinks made wrong (they didn't know how to make a Mud Slide), etc. We've been severely disappointed and have decided to stop going altogether instead of hoping that the next time will be better. It's a real shame since when the Marshal Dillion is made correctly, it really is the best steak around!
Pros: marshal dillion, onion petals
Cons: poor customer service, trouble with orders, food cooked wrong
