This is my first time writing a negative review, but due to low level of service I received, I need to. I used Dial 7 to book a ride for 5 people (myself included) from La Guardia to my home in Brooklyn. I paid $72 for this service online (a BIG mistake) before I booked. The five of us waited for over an hour for our cab to arrive. I called four times during this period and got different answers every time I called. Everything from ""You don't see him? He should be there"" to ""It will be another 20 minutes before he arrives."" I was put on hold for several minutes at a time because my driver was not answering his phone. It was freezing cold outside and since it was my choice to book this horrible company, I was embarrassed. My family and I were cold, exhausted and p*ssed off. I will never book with Dial 7 again and I greatly encourage you to avoid them as well!
