****DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE*** They are scam artists!! I booked a limo to celebrate my husbands MBA graduation. When our ride was over the driver handed me a receipt with 1 total on it...when I asked if the 20% gratuity was included he said it would be applied in the end, for which I said, I'd like to pay the tip in cash and he of course agreed. I handed him $80 cash for the tip and took the receipt. We were with a group of friends having a good time and did not think I needed to actually take the time to drill him on the hourly break down etc...soon after I realized that he DID in fact charge me the 20% gratuity on TOP of the base fair but did not make this clear on the receipt, so I double tipped him. When I called to complain they gave me the run around...and now they are saying since I signed the slip it's my word against his on the cash tip. A reputable business would immediately credit me on the double tip and apologize for such poor service from their employee.
