I had to get to an event and didn't want to monkey around with a low end company. I've used these guys before and always been very pleased. This time with Dial 7 I had the Select Service. That bought me a chauffeured upscale town car, serving water and with wi-fi access in the car. For a 1.5 hr. drive that was precious. The driver was terrific and dressed to the nines. The town Car was smooth and pleasant.
I read some of the other reviews and I'm flabbergasted why someone would make a Limo driver wait in a no parking zone and then complain. Anyone that has ever driven in the city knows that even 60 seconds is an eternity in which a ticket is surely coming. One of the benefits of using a reliable company like Dial 7 is that the car is waiting for you, not the other way around, and it's common courtesy to get to the car when you say you wanted it, not five minutes later. So thank you Dial 7 for always being on time and you guys are the best!
Pros: WiFi, classy, free water, nice driver
Cons: I only wish I could use this service every day
