THEY HAD 2 GUYS SHOW WHO WERE BOTH 90LBS WET. I HAD TO HELP MOVE. THEY DROPPED MY COUCH & DROPPED MY BED ON THE PAVEMENT. ENDED UP LOSING A SCREW FROM THE BED WHICH I HAD TO GO FIND TO 3 DIFFERENT HARDWARE STORES TO FIND THIS SPECIFIC ALLEN SCREW. PLUS THEY SAID IF THEY GET A PARKING TICKET I HAVE TO PAY IT. WHICH THANK GOODNESS THEY NEVER GOT A TICKET. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $10-15 PER ITEM TO WRAP. I SAID ""FINE IS IT $10 OR $15? WHICH ONE?"" I LATER FOUND OUT THAT THEY GET 20% FOR EVERYTHING THEY CHARGE. THE OWNERS SEEMED NICE ENOUGH AND PROFESSIONAL, BUT THE HELP WAS LESS THAN HELPFUL IN MY MOVE. THEY SHOULD RENAME THEIR COMPANY: ""GREEN BUFFALO CRAPPED ON MY STUFF MOVING"".
