The place is really cute and the ambiance is perfect for the cuisine. We ate on Valentine's day so it wasn't too busy - they really get busy in the summer as they are close to red rocks and they have a killer patio. We shared the appetizer special: poblano hummus with warm flat bread, but they bring chips and salsa. Our server suggested the red or green pork Molcajete. The dish came out bubbling hot in two large lava rock bowl (Molcajete literally translates as mortar). The sauce was flavorful and the pork was tender, it was served with Spanish rice, black beans, lettuce, tomato and guacamole (much like fajitas). The wine list is extensive and appropriate since most of the selections are South American. The Mojitos looked fabulous but better for a warm summer day. We were too stuffed to get dessert. Morrison is not that far away this place is a gem, check it out! Pros: the specials Cons: a little expensive
