Review content:
We ""adopted"" (AKA - purchased) 2 8-month old kittens from Molly's Place about 3 weeks ago. We thought it was a good way to see the animals interact with other cats and us and find friendly ones. We are now on our 2nd round of antibiotics for the one cat and have to give it a total of 5 medicines. This is not a great way to bond with a new pet. Additionally, yesterday my 10 year old daughter was diagnosed with ring worm. As I just learned the incubation period is two weeks, might my 8 year old son also have it? What about the kids friends who pet the cats? Which cat is it? I am now cleaning up snot all over my floors and walls from where the cat keeps sneezing. The other day some of it was tinged with blood. The costs keep going up and they tell me that they cannot know if an animal will get sick. Well, they knew and downplayed that they were already sick. The business, and it is a business, is based on trust and a ""good will"" factor. The cat room where both cats lived had other cats who exhibited the same symptoms.
Cons: Animals are sick and they know it.
