Businiess name:  Larry's Lighting Repair
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
This is the worst customer service I have ever had! It was almost like the soup-guy from Seinfeld but not funny. When I dropped off several fixtures to be re-wired, Larry just growled that it would take two weeks. I was given no receipt and no price. When I called two weeks later, he literally yelled at me that that was just a ballpark and would give no further details about completion. Later, when I picked the fixtures up, he ignored questions about the repairs and took a phone call on speaker-phone. If you insist on going to Larry's, you'll know the second you walk in the door that they are horrible. I really can't believe people who treat the lifeblood of their business (customers) so rudely. I am a designer in Portland and will never recommend or use Larry's.
