Throughout the past fifteen years, I have hired several permanent makeup technicians to work in my office. Many of them have learned permanent cosmetics from Sandi Hammons. I highly recommend Sandi and her company, Premier Pigments. Sandi is one of the foremost authorities on permanent makeup and she is very skilled. She did my permanent makeup over ten years ago and she recently touched up my lip color !It's flawless! I also have to say this - Sandi is one of the brightest and most beautiful women I know. She is also very down to earth and gracious. I can't recommend her enough! I NEVER write these reviews, but the thankfulness I feel toward Sandi made me want to do this. Good luck to you and enjoy your permanent makeup!
Pros: Can't say enough good things!
