My experience with Access Lock & Key has been really good. John as been very responsive, and for most of the times I have used him it has been same-day service. He is very professional and has clean-looking and organized equipment.
The key really is John's professionalism, quick response, and also, especially for his line of work, confidentiality. When I need to have him change the locks because of a sensitive issue at work, he is not going to tell everyone what I tell him. We have probably used Access Lock & Key for 3 or 4 years.
