We bought a house recently and wanted to have the locks rekeyed. John met me at our house within 30 minutes of our phone call. He was very nice and very professional. He took care of all the locks (6 total) in a very timely manner and he even repaired a jammed doorknob that wouldn't rotate. He was great! I would definitely recommend him to others and will be using him for future lock-related needs. Thank you John!!! more

I had to unfortunately have my house and car re-keyed. I shopped on line and found Access Lock and Key. John was on time and quickly, neatly did everything. I was pleased with his work and the prices were great. I will continue to recommend Access with much confidence. more

Excellent, well-priced, friendy service 2/20/2011

I was shopping around for someone to open my fireproof SentrySafe. After speaking with several grumpy locksmiths, I phoned Access. John was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived within 15 minutes, did a great job and charged me half of what the other guys did. I will definitely recommend him! more

Friendly, professional, and very accommodating. 1/11/2011

John, with Access Lock & Key, is very accessible. He always answers his phone, and if I do have to leave a message he gets right back to me. He never says no unless he has a conflict, and then he works really, really hard to accommodate me. We have used him for 7 or 8 months in all of our surrounding counties. Professionalism, confidentiality, and quick response. 1/10/2011

My experience with Access Lock & Key has been really good. John as been very responsive, and for most of the times I have used him it has been same-day service. He is very professional and has clean-looking and organized equipment. The key really is John's professionalism, quick response, and also, especially for his line of work, confidentiality. When I need to have him change the locks because of a sensitive issue at work, he is not going to tell everyone what I tell him. We have probably used Access Lock & Key for 3 or 4 years.
