Review content:
My husband & I bought his wedding band from Kassab 6 years ago. The ring looked beautiful but last year the white gold borders separated from the yellow gold into 3 separate pieces that snag on my husband's clothing. When my husband took it to them to repair, they told him it would cost around $300 (even thought it is their shoddy workmanship) and that they could offer him a new one, at cost, for approximately $350. The salesman was also very defensive and accusatory about what my husband must have done to the ring. My husband is a banker so it's not like he's out felling trees or using a jack-hammer for his profession. My wedding ring, from a different jeweler, is not falling apart and it is a year older than my husband's ring. My career also involves what Kassab Jewelers considers excessive wear-and-tear...typing on a keyboard. They were fine to deal with when we first purchased but they do not stand behind their work. And their concern for customer service and satisfaction is deplorable when it comes to repairing their shoddy merchandise.
Pros: The ring looked beautiful
Cons: The ring fell apart
