Review content:
This is no place to live...the dwelling is old and they are just covering it up and not repairing (even though they were financed for $7 million). No lights on at night, a lot of night traffic (hint hint), Nikki never returns phone calls, leaves the office closed before time or takes 2 hour lunches. No landscaping. Homes are not energy efficient and really run the gas bill up. Maintenance very seldomly completes work, replaces anything, and if they do--it's of novice quality. It is almost like living in the projects (subsidized housing). This place really needs alot of work and for all of the rent they charge, it is really and truly not worth it. Also, did I mention, there are no lights outside that work...so be careful when exiting your car to enter your home...They have been made aware of this on many occassions to no avail...next step...ATTORNEY GENERAL HOUSE....One more thing...Nikki needs to be terminated effective when they first hired her!!! Move in at your own risk...however, you are asking for trouble and headache. I see why people move out so quickly!
Cons: MIGHT AS WELL WATCH YOU FLUSH MONEY DOWN THE TOILET!!!
