We love our 1923 Craftsman bungalow, so when another much-advertised company told us we had an ""infestation"", we were ready to pay $2800 (their quote) to protect it. Fortunately, we got two other quotes and realized the big-name company was simply trying to scare us. Nick from Bayshore was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and why. We like the fact that this is a smaller, local company without a lot of ""middlemen"". If you're in the Long Beach area, give them a call.
