I live out San Bernardino and I would drive out there to buy my gear each year. The staff there was super cool and very knowledgeable. They know their hardgoods and you always get the best deals at Nine Star. They totally hook you up. They have a cool membership store credit program. I bought a snowboard there, got free lift tickets, and they wax your board and fix it for free everytime I bring it in. Now I buy my surf stuff there and they take care of me the same way. Best customer service ever. And I know they always have fun events there all the time and a lot of free giveaway specials. Best snowboard / surf shop by far. I love that place!
