Refinancing with Capital First Home Loans was a breeze. Steve Gerding was very responsive and followed up when he didn't hear from me. When he was not available, Lisa Hritz was. I did not run into any discrepancies between what Steve told me in the beginning and what actually happened in the end. Great rates! It was the smoothest mortgage process I have ever experienced. And having the closing at my house after work was a bonus. I would highly recommend Capital First.
