I originally agreed with all of the great reviews of this salon. I made my first visit to this salon back in December and told all of my friends how wonderful it was. Then I had issues with a return of product that I bought from the ""very helpful"" owner, April. I was treated as though the return was bring taken right from the receptionists, Vivians, pocket! I had planned to spend LOTS of money and time at Mirabella although the way I was treated has changed my mind completely. I have put in several phone calls to the owner, none of which have been returned. I thought it wise for her to know that her receptionist has the customer service skills of child, apparantly this is not a concern of hers. The services themselves were great but if you ever have any customer service issues know that the owner and front office staff WILL abandon you.
