I agree with the other posts that the prices exceed what would be reasonable for the services. I also waited a long time past my appointment for a brow wax, which was $25 (unbelievable) and done by the owner, who did not seem to be that familiar with the process. It seems like she invested a lot of money in the decor and is charging high prices to offset that, while the services are not done well.
Pros: nice furniture
Cons: excessive charges, unprofessional and inexperienced staff
