I absolutely HATE this post office. My packages were lost in this office THREE EFFIING TIMES. so I had to refund the money to my ebay buyer. This is not the end. When this problem occured, I called in the office. But they never pick up the phone. I mean who the hell leave the message to customer service? I left one anyway at the first time, but I was stupid enough to actually believe that they will call me back. DON'T BOTHER TO CALL THEM. THEY NEVER(LITERALLY) PICK UP THE PHONE. I tried to call them for 7 hours straight, they are always ""assisting someone"". So I filed the compliant to the USPS, so now they left me a message 5 days later, saying that they want my call back. GUESS WHAT? The person who left me a message is never in the office. (I called every day for 2.5 weeks.) I had to call the USPS again to file another investigation on my items. This branch is so slacking off!!!!! One time when I went to the office last minute, ( like 3 minutes before they close) they locked the door before closing hour. The black lady with red hair gave a dirty look when the other person who also came at the last minute knocked the door and said it is not 6 yet. She pretended like we were not there. They really need to do their job or fix the office hour 8 to 5:57 instead of 8 to 6. + oh plus, I submitted the redelivery form twice and the post man failed twice ;) wow. FAILURE. PACKAGE NEVER COMES OUT OF THAT OFFICE ONCE IT GETS IN THERE.
