At first I thought the people working at the desk were great. I was there for a funnel , I got a flat tire and was later charged $214.00
what kind of business pratice is this.
A simple flat tire.
Mind you I changed the flat tire before I returned the car
The staff at the rental desk smiled in my face and gave me another car to rent in its place
and then sent me a bill for $214.00
I will never do business with dollar rent a car ,anywere
