Review content:
I chose Dollar because their rate was the lowest at the time I wanted a car. Unfortunately, we ended up paying more than we would have at a competitor with better service due to additional fees that were added to our bill without our knowledge. When I called the manager to complain, he told us it was our fault for not reading the fine print next to all 9 places we were asked to initial at the time we rented the car. The counter staff was rude and slow. I will NEVER rent from this Dollar location (and possibly ANY Dollar location) again.
Pros: Cheap rate if they don't scam you into paying more
Cons: Rude staff and manager, little extra fees make it more expensive than better companies
