When renting a car, we were asked if we would like their insurance. We declined. The day after we turned the car in, we received a letter stating that the car had been damaged while in our possesion (it had not.). The letter went on to say that the damage had already been repaired, but we would be liable for the cost. They must be magical at that place, comsidering they were able to receive a car in the afternoon, assess it for damage, write a letter to us saying it was damaged, get the car repaired and repainted and back on the road, all within 18 hours. If you deny their outrageous charges for insurance, this may happen to you, too! Buyer beware: they WILL ask you to buy heir insurance, too!
