Told my car would be fixed in 2 weeks - it is now going on 6 weeks and no I do not have my car and the rental bill is simply growing daily. Every day I get just about the same answer - tomorrow or FOR SURE the next day....this has been going on for weeks now.
Pros: Insurance company says it's a quality shop, but I can't say - haven't seen the car yet
Cons: They do not give you a reliable/truthful timeline on repairs.
