First Class Repair Shop 10/17/2007

This is one of the most highly respected repair shops in Houston,Tx.The service here is unsurpassed and the quality of repair can not be compared to any shop in and around houston.My advice to anyone is to visit Collision Correction yourself and experience the difference.And remember anyone can leave feedback ,i.e. other competitors in the market area trying to steer customers their way. I would say the comment left on 08/22/2007 was a poor attempt to do so. I can't imagine anyone being dissatisfied after experiencing a visit to Collision Correction.GREAT SHOP! GREAT PEOPLE! RECOMMEND HIGHLY FOR AWESOME SERVICE!! 9/13/2007

I have had more than one opportunity to use Collision Correction, and have never had a problem with service or call backs. Everyone there has always been very nice and I have received my car back within the time promised. The body work done on my daughter's car was great. When we arrived the rent car was there waiting. I have recommended their shop to other people and would use them again. I think that the adjusters all the way up to the owners are awesome!! I cannot see how ANYONE could have any issues with the customer service here!! Pros: CUSTOMER SERVICE, TIMELY REPAIR AND DONE RIGHT!! more

Run Around Queen 8/22/2007

Told my car would be fixed in 2 weeks - it is now going on 6 weeks and no I do not have my car and the rental bill is simply growing daily. Every day I get just about the same answer - tomorrow or FOR SURE the next day....this has been going on for weeks now. Pros: Insurance company says it's a quality shop, but I can't say - haven't seen the car yet Cons: They do not give you a reliable/truthful timeline on repairs. more

Horrible Customer Service! 1/30/2007

I was told that my car would be fixed in about 10 business days, but I found out its taking them longer that said. Cons: small customer parking, worst customer service ever (had to call numerous times) more

Excellent customer service and on time delivery 10/2/2006

Living in the City of Houston over the past 20 years, there have been a few times when I was involved in a fender bender. I have dealt with various shops but none were as helpful and the staff as friendly as Collision Corrections. Their facilities are spacious with plenty of room for parking. If you have to wait for a rental car (the only waiting we did), their waiting room is very comfortable. The work they did for our car was excellent and was finished within the time frame they quoted to us. This shop really knows how to take the sting out of car repair. I would highly reccommend this shop to anyone that is in need of car repair Pros: Excellent Parking, friendly staff, on time delivery more

Great Service 3/3/2006

From the moment you enter the business you know that they are customer service friendly. Eveyone there went out of their way to help me out. I had an accident and was from out of town, a relative recommend I use them because they were close by. On time and handled everything. What a nice break to end a bad situtation. more

If you want to get a long repair time with over promissing then you will go to Collision Correction. Do not even think about having you're car repaired correclty at this place you will be taking you vehicle back again and again until its never corrected. There name should be Collision Uncorrection. No parking and they suck at customer service. They will tell you what you want to hear then drop the ball on you when you go to pick up youre vehicle... I would think twice or three times before even getting an estimate... Pros: None, Don't do it, Long wait Cons: Expensive, Bad parking, Bad Service more
