Rosalia was recommended to us by a friend after Rosalia helped her successfully sold her house for over list price in a very competitive market.
As first home buyers, my wife and I did not have a feel of what kind of house we should buy. In addition, I am sensitive to a lot of chemicals and odors so our choices were very limited.
Rosalia was very helpful and patient in guiding us and finally helped us find our dream home. She is highly experienced and knowledgeable, always available and reliable to solve any problems we encountered during and even after our closing. Certainly she is the BEST realtor, I highly recommend her to help anyone buy or sell real estate in Austin !
