I felt like I was treated very fairly and with respect. I am very pleased to have found a place to take my car instead of wasting infuriating time and money at the horrid dealership. They came in under their original estimate and well under the flat rate cost for 60,000 mile service the dealership was going to charge me. Also, they were prompt and communicative, a BIG plus! From the day that I rolled into the shop with a flat tire and Wayne stopped what he was doing (and he was very busy) came over and fixed it and wouldn't take a cent for the emergency help, I knew I'd found a place with customer service values well in place. I'm happy to repay the favour with my continued patronage.
