Review content:
Under staffed, uneducated and under qualified staff. Lack of necessary medical supplies and equipment. Unrealistic expectations made by management to staff. Unprofessional floor staff, nurses talking on cell phones while pouring medications. Inappropriate conduct amongst staff. RNs, LPNs and CNAs not accountable. Many medication errors. False promises made to new incoming patients and their families. Not prepared to handle high accuity patients. Poor food quality and choices. Roof leaks a lot. Administrator and director of nursing park in the ""no parking"" fire zone because they're entitled. Running out of clean linen and diapers is almost a weekly occurence. Administrator makes cut backs to staffing, food quality and medical supplies vital for properly taking care of sick patients, while providing the mangagement with Mary Kay make-up parties (on company time and property), cheese and wine tasting events, bonuses, etc... I'm giving this review 1 star only because you can't choose zero stars. A very poor facility indeed.
