Review content:
I have been a resident at Consulate Healthcare in Cheswick on several different occassions. During each of my stays I have received nothing but the best of care and service. The staff were very accomodating to my needs. The therapy dept went above and beyond to assure that I had the best outcome for me to return to home independantly. One Therapist even called my Ins Co to make sure I would be approved to receive all the services I needed. The Nursing dept quickly noticed every change in my condition that led to a quick intervention so my health would not decline. Their professional quick thinking is evident. The Soc Serv Dept always helped me with every question I had and helped make my transition from their facilty to home a smooth one. The Activiy Dept always made sure I had something to do. I even had an outside nail tech come into the facility to give me manicures. The food was good and if I did not like what was served they always provided me with an alternate to my liking. I would highly recommend Consulate Healthcare of Cheswick as a place to consider for long or short term care. Pros: Excellect Therapy, Nursing, Activity and Soc. Serv Dept
