I'm not sure what all the fuss is about but I have never had a problem with the front desk (and frankly, if the doctors are great I couldn't care less about how polite the front desk is). Dr. Ashworth is fantastic. She treats me with respect. She is kind and considerate. And she apparently has always diagnosed me correctly as the treatments she has prescribed have always worked wonderfully. I highly recommend her. I can't speak for the other doctors as I have never seen them but she is awesome. You know, some people are never satisfied. I can't for the life of me believe I could ever have an experience there as bad as some of these people have described. I will say it is sometimes hard to get in there but they have ALWAYS gotten me in if it's a problem that needs immediate attention.
