Review content:
Our furnace and A/C were original to the house, which is almost 40 years old, so they were well past needing to be replaced. We got three bids and Builder's was in the middle of the three, but I felt Morey (our sales rep) had a better understanding of what provided the best value for our situation. We went with a high-efficiency furnace and an upper-mid-grade A/C unit. Another company had suggested a higher grade A/C unit with a mid-range furnace. This is Colorado so it seems most reasonable to have a higher-grade furnace than A/C unit, as we use the A/C 2-3 months out of the year and the furnace 7 to 9 months. There were many little things like that which Morey just seemed to "get" better than the other fellows. We found the same level of competence with the install, which was no small thing, having to install new lines for just about everything. It has been almost a year since the install, and we could not be happier. The A/C works great and the furnace does a far better job than we had hoped. The house is much more comfortable -- and cleaner -- year round. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Builder's and will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.
