I bought a new place - a fixer upper - about 3 months ago and at the time I was a little nervous and overwhelmed with everything. Dealing with so many different companies for so many different things - plumbing, electric, flooring, etc. - I had become quite irritated with the treatment I had received from them.
So when Kyle from Ductworks came over to my new place, I was expecting the same type of attitude - like I needed his help and he didn't need my business. But that was not the case. In fact, Kyle calmed me down immediately by explaining exactly what he was going to do - which was exactly as it had been explained to me on the phone - and then he did just that. He was calm, polite, and worked efficiently.
I was so overwhelmed with appreciation that I immediately asked Kyle how I could repay him. He simply said that it would be nice to say a few kind things online. Well, I'm finally doing that. And even though it's taken me way too long to write this review, I think it says something that I'm writing this 3 months after Kyle cleaned the ducts in my house.
Long story short, there are very few companies that I would recommend as highly as Ductworks, and from what I've read online, I think many people agree with me.
