If you've never done Hot Yoga, or you've done it elsewhere and hated it, you have to try Hot Yoga Here with Darla! There's no pretention, no fashion show, and no juice bar... just lots of heat, lots of encouragement, and lots of Darla. Since she teaches every class personally, she gets to know each student on a personal level. Not only who has bad backs, knees, feet, etc., but who needs the hottest spot, who likes to be near the humidifier, and who needs extra encouragement or supervision. Her style truly embraces the union of body, mind, and soul because she puts her heart and soul into every class! You owe it to yourself to feel the heat and the love!
