Darla is the best yoga instructor in town by far. She truly cares about her practice and her students and it shows in her teaching. I like that she's patient and knowledgeable, and she's constantly expanding her library of yoga books so she knows a ton about all the different types of yoga and positions. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
