After asking a woman on the street who colored her hair, I found out about Tracy at Keter Salon in Berkeley. I was lacking the beautiful highlights that makes strangers ask ""Who does your hair?"" I immediately made an appointment - thank God she's available evenings - and I've never been more satisfied with my color. I was so glad I bugged that woman on the street! I had no idea that my hair could look so good, and now I'm a fan for life. She really listened to me and gave me exactly what I needed. Next time I'm just going to tell her to do whatever she wants, because she obviously knows what she's doing.
Pros: Cute area for shopping and lunch
Cons: Sometimes parking is nuts
