After having had an unfortunate color experience at another Berkeley salon, I walked into Keter one day, and had a consultation with Tracy, their color specialist. She was very friendly and helpful, and really gave me hope about my hair (which at the time had been destroyed- from a very lovely natural blonde to an orange mess!!!) I cam in two weeks later to get my hair colored, and had a really great experience. The client she colored before me left with an amazing color and style, so I was really excited. Tracy and I really talked about what I wanted, and she talked me through the whole thing. We had a really fun conversation, and she is really easy to get along with- she is both fun and very professional. I had a great appointment, and I left with an incredibly amazing brilliant and natural blonde. I received a bunch of complements- and most importantly, I felt good about it. I've been getting my hair highlighted for a few years- and although I always go to really nice salons (minus that one I went to where my hair got really messed up..) and this is the first time I didn't need a few days to get used to it. She is really talented- a definite MUST SEE if you want a great result for a reasonable price. Tracy is the BEST!!!
