Review content:
Lived in Cheyenne Vista for just over 2 years in the apartments at the top of the property. The first 8 months I lived here was pretty hectic, they had car break ins and trashy conditions which I think was mostly due to the residents. A lot of folks moved out and new ones came in, the car break in stopped completely, the management group now has security patrolling from 9 to 6 am. Property areas have been better maintained then was done previously, Still a little slow with the maintenance turn around time, but thankfully, I havent had anything major needing to be done.
