by Don Hopkins - Grapevine automatic rebuilt a transmission in an older pick-up of mine and backed the rebuild with a year guarantee / warranty. The trany worked fine and I had no problems. Several months after the warranty expired I experienced a small leak, took it back to Grapevine Automatic and Rob at Grapevine Automatic took time to investigate, drive the vehicle and determine what the cause...he did this as part of the backed warranty / guarantee and in my opinion demonstrated excellent customer service. With this level of customer service and demonstration of the pride in their work, I would have absolutely no problem recommending Grapevine Automatic to someone needing Auto & or Transmission repair.
