Review content:
I with my frequent business stays in downtown I was thrilled to have a fun,hip alternative... However I am deeply disappointed with my stay. Desk clerks were rude and unhelpful. The room was cool but had NO comfort factor. I felt like I was living in an IKEA display. Nothing but a platform bed, shelf-like white desk runnign along a wall and a TV in the room. Don't EVEN get me started on the plexiglass bathroom!! The only thing in the bathroom was soap and shampoo. This was touted as a ""business hotel"" but was really sub-standard. The rooftop bar was cool-when guests were allowed up. There were several private partys the week I was there so it was off-limits. Maybe a good hotel for getway to bask in all the self-centered trendiness that LA is famous for. But for business or extended stays it awful.
Pros: Roof Top Lounge, Location
Cons: Rude Staff, Sparse Rooms, Excessive Credit Hold
