We had a 52 philips that went out.The girls in the office were great help.The tech came out within 48hrs.fixed the TV in the first trip.They were professional all the way around,The price was much less than I expected the tech was very knowledgeable and the TV works better than before.I will use this company as long as I own any TVS.
