Review content:
The ladies in my office planned their Secret Santa lunch and all agreed that Darfon's would be a fun place to go. We called 2 weeks in advance to make reservations (party of 10) and requested a private area. We were going to be exchanging gifts and tend to be loud..fun bunch. When we arrived at the restaurant they had our tables set up in the middle of the restaurant and when questioned regarding the private area we were told there were larger parties and they gave the rooms to them. We placed our gifts in a booth adjoingin our seating area. Our waitress approached our table without a greeting and told us it was a busy time and we could not place our gifts in the booth. We explained the situation and she went off to check it out. When she came back she cleared a table next to us and placed our gifts there. After taking our drink orders she went to the bar and shared her tale of woe with all the other servers who promptly turned around to check us out. Never smiled while serving us. Not the way to treat your customers! All of the serving staff looked very unhappy, must not be a nice place to work!
