I don't know what happened to the last reviewer, but I can assure you I did not have the same experience. I've shopped there many times over the years (my mom brought me in when I was young and I've shopped there ever since). I have purchased some great one of a kind items and my most recent purchase was a top that everyone loves. I even get compliments from complete strangers!
I purchased a coat for my sister that I thought she'd love, but found out she had one that was similar so I brought it back and returned it with no problems. I enjoy shopping at Act II.
