Be very careful when hiring this company. I signed a contract on June 11th and the pool is still not done (over 1 year for a small residential pool REALLY??). The stages in between have been extremely slow. They let my permit expire due to inactivity. They do respond to emails but always with excuses. If they tell you its going to 5 to 10days, always expect it on the 10th or even 11th day for the next stage to be done. Sometimes even later. I have hired a lawyer due to their lack of work. This company has created an awful experience for me and my family. Their workers have left sandals, food containers, and trash on my yard and in the opening of the pool. I have a mound of dirt and rocks on the side of the house that has been there for approx 10 months and a mound of white sand in the front yard that has been sitting there for about 12 weeks. Our brother-n-law just had his pool built with Genie pools and they are where we currently stand in 4 weeks. Price was not much of a difference. Bottom line, if your looking for a reasonable turn around, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY...
