We have been meaning to write this letter all summer to thank the both of you Cathleen Ciuba & Lesette Figueroa and your team for the exceptional pool you built for our family. Our kids are having a fantastic summer swimming in their new backyard. When we look out our windows or step into the back yard, we are still amazed how wonderfully the pool fits into the landscape just as you promised. We love it! From the moment we started talking to pool companies yours stood out. Initially, we had another company come out. We were not impressed. He was very vague and seemed somewhat disinterested in helping us. On the contrary, your company showed up and was very personable and ready to help design our dream pool. Marie walked around our yard to get a feel for the space and considered all our wants and needs. She designed a unique, one of a kind pool ! The design complimented and helped unify the entire backyard space. You did an incredible job. Everyone in the Miami Custom family has been a joy to work with. They always made us feel special, especially Jorge. When it was time to pick out our accessories for the pool Jorge wal also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did not pressure us and we choose what we wanted. We really found that refreshing and it made the whole experience very enjoyable. Jorge always made sure everything was on schedule so that the pool would be completed in a timely manner even though it has and continues to be a very rainy season. Other pool companies were recommended, but after meeting with all of them I knew you were “the best company.” We could have saved a few dollars by going with someone else, but after seeing the final product that included superior quality features I am thoroughly convinced that you value was definitely that best. This review is to let you know how thrilled we have been by your company, and by company, we mean everyone that we have dealt with from start to almost finished. Having had a horrendous experience with our last pool builder, we were determined to do our homework and get it right this time. And by picking Miami Custom Pools, we feel we have done that. Every worker that we encountered in our yard was respectful of our property and polite. Work was done when we were told it would be done, or we received a phone call explaining why there was a delay if any, and what the plan was. Never do we get a response that makes is concerned. The response is always "we'll take care of it" or "it will be made right." No questions asked, no hesitation, just that it will be done and done right. Dear Mcp Team and Liset: We appreciated so much doing business with your company that I had intended writing a “thank you” note a few months later. Sorry it has taken so long. My wife and I have dealt with building contractors and pool contractors in the past and were not looking forward to repeating the experience again. However, we could not find the home we wanted and began the process all over again. Selecting a builder was not easy, but I think we were fortunate and got a good one. Some friends told us horror stories about their experience with builders and the tales were only worse when we began asking about pool contractors. However, we wanted a pool, and called two pool contractors and, I think we intended to get three bids. We met with one of your competitors and got a bid and what sounded like a memorized sales pitch. We visited with you next and got no more bids. You were professional, articulate, and patient. Above all, you provided some creative ideas concerning construction and explained the process to us. You also explained that you were the administrative and sales person in a three-man organization. Jorge would be in charge of the actual construction phase, and the foreman would take care of each step of the process by supervising the installation of the excavations, forms, pluming and equipment etc..
