This review is to let you know how thrilled we have been by your company, and by company, we mean everyone that we have dealt with from start to almost finished. Having had a horrendous experience with our last pool builder, we were determined to do our homework and get it right this time. And by picking Miami Custom Pools, we feel we have done that. Every worker that we encountered in our yard was respectful of our property and polite. Work was done when we were told it would be done, or we received a phone call explaining why there was a delay if any, and what the plan was. Never do we get a response that makes is concerned. The response is always "we'll take care of it" or "it will be made right." No questions asked, no hesitation, just that it will be done and done right. So if you haven't already gotten my point, let me reiterate it here that "WE ARE THRILLED WE WENT WITH MIAMI CUSTOM POOLS!" Please feel free to use us anytime for a future reference as needed.
