Review content:
The last person reviewing apparently is unaware of what a ""cult"" is. In religious worship it is related to rites & ceremonies. It also often defined as a group that tends to manipulate, control & exploit its members. None of this describes Mt.Hope Church. The music is beautiful-we have a wonderul choir. The song service itself ushers in the Holy Spirit. Pastor Dave is relaxed, down to earth and often comical, but delivers messages that inform, teach and empower Christ followers. I do not know if he has body guards & I have been attending for over a year. It is a very large church with many buildings and many rooms in each building. I am aware we do have security & feel it would be stupid to not have it. I did not think I would like going to a really big church, but there are so many wonderful classes you can take & ways to grow in Christ & I feel the people are quite friendly if you give them a chance. There is really a lot of love here.
