Review content:
Despite the distance, we have shopped there for several years now and have always received outstanding service. Most of the time our sales assistant has been Paul Brown and each time we go back, it seems like we're visiting an old friend. He has been very helpful in assiting with orders, providing guidance (as was the case in another review, steering us to a table and chairs that wasn't the most expensive but rather in our price range and we've been thrilled with ever since). Other store personnel have been helpful when Paul wasn't available and we always find something new to add to our outdoor collection when we visit. Trust me...if you're not from the Westside, it's still worth the drive to go to Berk's!
