Dr. Breann Mundy and her staff understand service quality - from the time you walk in the front door until you walk out following the procedure -- and even after you are at home. Service quality is about core service (that which is expected) and customer service (above and beyond). Their core service is the best I have ever seen, and the extent to which Dr. Mundy and her staff go to make patients comfortable is outstanding. If you dread going to the dentist, if you are downright scared to go to the dentist, then try Dr. Mundy. I promise you will not be disappointed. I had 3 crowns and two fillings today at about Noon. The procedure was pain-free, and it is now 7 PM and I am still pain free. And, I just got a call from Dr. Mundy. She wanted to make sure I was doing OK. They get it!!!
Pros: They get patient care!!!
