Review content:
While the pottery in the store is beautiful, I would caution everyone to NEVER order either online or through the store. A piece I was interested in was not in stock in the store when I was there, so I placed an order. I was assured I would be contacted the following week to confirm it was what I wanted and it would be sent to me. Two months later, I called wondering what had ever happened. Margaret, the ""artist,"" told me it was coming out of the kiln and I would receive it shortly. I did, but it was not what I had asked for in the store. My complaint was bounced back and forth from the store to the studio. Everyone told me Margaret was the person to finally contact. I was eventually even given her cell phone number because she failed on multiple occasions to return my messages at her studio. My polite, but firm calls have been ignored for a month now. That kind of rude non-service and inability to rectify a customer's complaint is inexcusable. Bottom line, if you can't walk out of the store with it the day you are there, DON'T buy it!
